一、压力试验机的安装注意事项

1、安装手锯时，锯齿必须向前，松紧合适，不要过紧或过松，否则容易折断。 、

安装：压力试验机应安装在清洁、干燥、无震动，无腐蚀性气体影响的房间。安装地基应牢固可靠，地脚螺钉应对准底座。 机器调至水平安装后，应用干净和浸过煤油的棉纱，擦净机器上加工表面所涂的防锈剂，然后表面擦干净并涂薄薄一层机械油。

二、压力试验机的调试

1、注油
1. Oiling
打开后后门，掀开油箱盖向油箱中注入适量机械油至油标位置。由于气温变化，所用油略有不同，现将用油规格说明如下： 当环境温度为15±5℃时，采用GB443—84N68机械油。 当环境温度为25±5℃时，采用GB443—84N100机械油。
Open the rear door, lift the fuel tank cover, and fill the oil tank with appropriate amount of mechanical oil to the oil level. Due to the change of air temperature, the oil used is slightly different. The specification of oil used is as follows: when the ambient temperature is 15 ± 5 ℃, gb443-84n68 machine oil is used. When the ambient temperature is 25 ± 5 ℃, gb443-84n100 machine oil is used.
2、电气联接

把随机电源插头插在相应插座上。电源为380V 50Hz 。

3、启动油泵排气

将回油阀打开，送油阀打开。旋转电源开关(在控制箱的后面)，接通机器电源，显示建仪画面，2秒钟后显示测试画面。按下“启动”键，启动电机，油泵开始工作，持续工作约一分钟后关闭回油阀，此时可发现下压板缓慢上升，在下压板上升一段距离后，关闭送油阀并打开回油阀，此时下压板处于回落状态。重复以上步骤3~4次可完全排除系统内气体。如仍无法排除，可按以下方法排气：停机后打开前门，用随机带的扳手，拧下油泵前端面上的大螺母，再开机放油，至流出的油平稳后，关机，旋上螺母。

Press the "start" key to start the motor and the oil pump starts to work. After working for about one minute, close the oil return valve. At this time, it can be found that the lower pressure plate rises slowly. After the lower pressure plate rises for a certain distance, close the oil delivery valve and open the oil return valve. At this time, the lower pressure plate is in the falling state. Repeat the above steps for 3 ~ 4 times to completely remove the gas in the system. If it still can't be ruled out, exhaust gas according to the following methods: after shutdown, open the front door, screw off the large nut on the front end face of the oil pump with a wrench attached with the machine, and then start the machine to drain oil. After the oil outflow is stable, shut down and screw on the nut.
